Workstar 640 Inboard Water Jet sea trials Holyhead Marine

This new Workstar 640 was launched at Holyhead Marine Services, Anglesey in 2003. Framing is in 4mm and 5mm 5083Al: the longitudinals are 4mm & 5mm 5083 and the hull plating is 5mm
topsides & 5mm bottom 5083.

The vessel is fitted with a Steyr 168hp lightweight inboard diesel and a Hamilton 241 water jet.
Steering is from a console amidships, with seating for four crew, space for a portable fire pump,
stretchers and a Jason's Cradle MOB.
